machine head can be completely detached and placed onto a specially designed mobile platform intended solely for washing. This innovation
makes cleaning and maintenance operations much faster, safer, and more effortless.
In addition, compared to our previous models, the use of higher-power motors has significantly increased production capacity while also enhancing product quality and the overall performance of the machine.

Machine Capabilities
- The machine is equipped with a sesame sprinkling system that applies sesame seeds to both the top and bottom surfaces of the product. The amount of sesame can be precisely adjusted through the main touchscreen control panel.
- The machine can produce sweet and savory biscuits and butter cookies in various shapes, sizes, and designs, with the capability of producing two different colors simultaneously.
- The machine produces deposited cookies in various shapes using specially designed molds manufactured according to customer requirements.
- The machine can produce cut biscuits in various designs using custom molds developed according to customer needs.
- The machine can produce American cookies containing chocolate chips or dried fruits.
- The machine can produce filled finger products with date paste, fig paste, jam, and similar fillings, while the filling quantity can be adjusted through the touchscreen control panel.
- A mold catalogue is supplied with the machine, allowing customers to select the molds they require in accordance with the company's standard procedures.
- The machine is delivered with a multilingual user manual and technical documentation for easy installation, operation, and maintenance.
