The machine is designed to produce tea biscuits, grissini, bread sticks with an approximate capacity of 250 kg/hour. It features a multilingual electronic control panel for complete machine operation and is manufactured from food-grade stainless steel, with an AISI 430 stainless steel frame and AISI 304 stainless steel internal components. The machine uses high-quality electrical and electronic components from Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, and Delta Electronics. It is supplied with 60 × 40 cm trays, biscuit molds in 12 mm and 14 mm sizes (custom sizes available upon request), three trays, essential spare parts, a maintenance kit, and detailed electrical documentation. The machine also supports remote operation and technical assistance, and its interface is available in Arabic, Turkish, and English, with additional languages available upon request.
This machine (Made according to Modern Green world engineering experiences), gives the possibility of making many types of bread sticks (Without sesame seeds option) within a high-quality system, and well-developed industrial possibility at the same time. This machine with very easy industrial standards, and a unique technological system has become one of the most attractive products that our factory produces for owners of small and medium-commercial establishments or investments. This machinecapacity is about 250 kilograms per hour, and machine weightabout 450kg, and it has very sophisticated electronic panel (Touchable).
